By creating an account, browsing vittveda.com, purchasing a course, subscribing to recorded video lectures, downloading educational cheat-sheets, or joining live interactive cohorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Introduction, Platform Scope & Definition of Services
1.1 Operational Entity: "Vittveda" refers to the online educational learning management system (LMS), digital website, web app, and associated mobile applications owned, operated, and maintained by Maan Trading Academy ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
- 1.2 Scope of Services: Vittveda provides stock market education, including technical analysis courses, options trading education, candlestick pattern analysis, algorithmic trading concepts, live cohort mentorship, downloadable PDF summaries, and learner community access (collectively, "Services").
- 1.3 Electronic Contract Acceptance: Pursuant to the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, this document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures. Registration or purchase constitutes a binding agreement under law.

Financial Disclaimer & Mandatory SEBI Notice
STRICT NON-ADVISORY DECLARATION. Vittveda and its instructors (including Ashwin Gohil, Naina Mehta, and guest educators) are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Investment Advisors (RIA), Research Analysts (RA), or Portfolio Managers (PMS).
- 2.1 Educational Purpose Only: All content, video streams, chart setups, live class discussions, options payoff diagrams, and commentary are designed solely for educational, theoretical, and historical backtesting illustration purposes.

Single User Account License & Anti-Piracy Controls
3.1 Non-Transferable License: Upon verified payment, Vittveda grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to view course materials for individual educational usage. STRICT WARNING: ANTI-ACCOUNT SHARING POLICY. Account credentials (email, password) are strictly for single individual use. Multi-user login sharing, credential reselling, group buying, or concurrent logins from distinct geographical locations are prohibited.
- 3.2 Dynamic Watermarking & Automated Detection: To protect intellectual property, video playback is continuously embedded with invisible and visible dynamic watermarks displaying your unique registered phone number, user ID, and IP address.
- 3.3 Suspension Penalty: Automated AI risk filters continuously scan for concurrent device usage or credential sharing. Any account flagged for unauthorized multi-device sharing will be permanently banned immediately with zero refund eligibility and blacklisted from future enrollments.

Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Protection
4.1 Exclusive IP Ownership: All videos, audio recordings, course syllabus, technical indicators, proprietary strategy frameworks, PDF cheat-sheets, presentation slides, brand logos, UI designs, and source code on Vittveda are the exclusive intellectual property of Maan Trading Academy / Vittveda.
- 4.2 Prohibited Actions: You expressly agree not to screen-record, rip, capture, download, or reverse-engineer video streaming content; upload, transmit, or share course materials on Telegram channels, Google Drive, Mega, Torrents, YouTube, or social media platforms; or sell, lease, sub-license, or commercialize any course material or trading cheat-sheet.
- 4.3 Criminal & Civil Legal Prosecution: Piracy is a punishable offense under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Vittveda reserves the right to initiate civil lawsuits for damages up to ₹25,000,000 and file criminal First Information Reports (FIR) against individuals engaged in content piracy or unauthorized distribution.

Live Cohort & Community Code of Conduct
5.1 Student Decorum: During live Zoom/Webex cohorts and official student community channels (Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp), learners must maintain high standards of professional courtesy.
- 5.2 Anti-Tipping & Anti-Solicitation Rules: No solicitation of funds, profit-sharing offers, or managed account services from fellow learners. No posting of unverified stock tips, options calls, or unauthorized promotional links to external channels. No abusive, discriminatory, hate speech, or defamatory statements against instructors or fellow students.
- 5.3 Community Ban: Violation of community decorum results in instant ejection from live batches and community forums without refund or right of appeal.

Payments, Pricing, Taxes & Refund Policy Overview
6.1 Currency & Pricing: All course fees listed on Vittveda are in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 6.2 Taxes & Invoicing: Prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) as governed by Indian tax authorities. Official tax invoices are issued upon successful transaction completion.
- 6.3 Digital Non-Refundable Nature: Because courses grant immediate access to proprietary digital material, refund eligibility is governed strictly by our dedicated Refund Policy (7-day evaluation window subject to <20% video viewing threshold).

Service Modifications, Maintenance & Availability
7.1 Curriculum Updates: Vittveda continuously updates course syllabi to reflect changing stock market structure, SEBI regulatory changes, and technical analysis methodologies. We reserve the right to alter, replace, or enhance video modules or instructors without individual prior notification.
- 7.2 Server Downtime: While we aim for 99.9% LMS uptime, scheduled maintenance or unannounced cloud infrastructure downtime may occur. Downtime does not constitute grounds for course fee refunds.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
8.1 Zero Financial Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Vittveda, Maan Trading Academy, its directors, founders, educators, and employees shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or capital losses arising out of stock market trading decisions or relying on course concepts.
- 8.2 Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vittveda and Maan Trading Academy against any legal claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, illegal content redistribution, or market trading activities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 Indian Law Governance: These Terms and Conditions are governed, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
- 9.2 Exclusive Courts Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute, arbitration proceeding, or litigation arising from platform usage or course purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
